After many years working in radio and television broadcasting, I moved to Japan in 1997. There, I began teaching English as a second language. I was trained to teach ESL at the Berlitz Language Center in Osaka, Japan. I’ve also earned a teaching certificate in my home state of Texas.

I have worked in Japan, South Korea and the United States for more than 25 years and I have taught thousands of private and corporate students from countries around the world.

In addition to being a language teacher, I am also a student. I can speak Japanese and Spanish. My hobbies are singing and cycling. I love teaching!
